W9 Tax information for Convert

Easily Access Your W9 Tax Form and Billing Details in Just a Few Clicks

You can now easily access and download your W9 Tax Form directly from your Convert.com account. Follow these simple steps:

1. Log into Your Account:
   • Navigate to your Convert.com dashboard and log in with your credentials.
2. Go to Account Settings:
   • Once logged in, click on your profile icon or the settings menu and select "Account Settings".
     
3. Open the Tax Information Tab:
   • Within the Account Settings, locate and click on the "Tax Information" tab. This section contains all tax-related documentation for your account.
     
4. Download the W9 Tax Form:
   • In the Tax Information tab, you will see a "Download W9 Form" button. Click it to download the form directly to your device.
     
5. Copy Billing Address Information:
   • Below the W9 download button, you’ll find the billing address for Convert.com. If you need to use this information, click the copy icon next to it to copy the address for easy pasting into other documents.

Notes:

• The W9 Tax Form is provided in PDF format.
• The downloaded file opens in a new browser tab to ensure you don’t lose your place in the app.
• Ensure that you double-check the billing address when copying it for your records.
