You can find the chat option from the Help icon:
Once you click on that the Help menu appears where you need to select the "Chat with a Human":
You can then start a new conversation or see the existing ones:

Web Conference
You may as well request a web conference with our support team. You can talk to our support team using the Chat/Email support option and request for a Web conference support. They will setup one for you.
