What's New - August 2026

Monthly Release Notes - August 2026

Dynamic Traffic Distribution Now Available for Web Testing

We’ve expanded Dynamic Traffic Distribution to Web Testing.

Previously available for Fullstack experiments, this capability is now available across both Web Testing and Fullstack, giving teams more flexibility to adjust experiment traffic while an experience is running.

This makes it easier to begin with a smaller audience and increase exposure over time without unnecessarily disrupting an ongoing experiment. You can read more here.

New Request Approval System for Experiment Governance

We released the Request Approval System, giving teams a structured way to require review before selected actions are applied to an experience.

This is particularly useful for agencies and multi-stakeholder teams that need a second pair of eyes before an experience goes live, is paused, or is modified while active.

Teams can configure approval requirements for actions such as activating an experience, scheduling it, pausing an active experience, or making changes to a live experience. Read more here.

Convert Experience Tools Chrome Extension v1.11

We released version 1.11 of the Convert Experience Tools Chrome Extension, introducing several improvements to make QA and browser-based testing easier.

Users can now configure a User-Agent directly from the extension, allowing the selected configuration to be applied across browser tabs.

The extension can also automatically detect Convert preview links opened in regular browser tabs and reopen them in Incognito mode while preserving the preview context. This simplifies the process of testing Draft and Paused experiences.

We also expanded the extension’s cookie management tools, making it easier to clear Convert cookies, manage QA cookies, configure cookie exceptions, and control SameSite cookie behavior. The current public extension documentation already covers debugging, domain access, Visual Editor compatibility, and SameSite handling. Read more here.

Convert Intelligence Beta Now Available to Select Users

Convert Intelligence Beta is now publicly available to a select group of Convert users.

This marks the next stage in the rollout of Convert Intelligence as we continue gathering feedback and refining the experience. We look forward to expanding access to more users in the near future. A document will be published about this soon.
