When using the Visual Editor, the editing (contextual) menu does not show when clicking on the selected element and seems to do nothing.
This is caused because the Block all third-party cookies setting on the browser is enabled. You should either disable this setting or whitelist the convert domains from third-party cookie blocking.
The following instructions are for Chrome:
- Go to Settings on your Chrome browser.
- Go to Cookies and other site data:
- Go to the section Site that always can use cookies, and click on the Add button:
- Paste [*].convert.com. And select Including third-party cookies on this site.
