Common Questions
How to enable SSO Login feature for my Convert account?
This Article Will Help You:
What is SSO?
Single Sign On or commonly known as SSO is an identification mechanism that allows users to log in using a single set of id and password for multiple connected but independent software systems. SSO authentication provides access to multiple applications by sharing the authentication token seamlessly between them.
How do I enable SSO authentication for my account?
Setting up SSO authentication for your Convert account can be achieved by following the steps below:
- Click on "Account Settings"
- Click "Enable Single Sign On" button under the Single Sign On section:
- On clicking the Enable Single Sign On button, you would receive a confirmation message at the top of the screen indicating that Convert has received the SSO request.
Once the above process has been completed, Convert's Support team will contact you to process the request.
Note : This feature is available on selected plans only. Learn more about our pricing plans and the features they offer here : https://www.convert.com/pricing/
