Potential Goal Issues
That can be due to a multitude of factors as follows:
- Your tracking code is not installed on that page. Please verify that the tracking code is installed on the goal page by viewing the source of the page and looking for "convert". There might be caching plugins on your site that have not been updated etc.. So do please verify this before anything.
- The goal URL does not match the project URL. This means you might have a domain tracking on mydomain.com (in project configuration) and a goal on shop.myotherdomain.com and since they're not in the same project (it's not tracking). Adding the domain to your project configuration should solve this.
