You can select from several Visitor data options that can pinpoint where the user is from. Select from city, region, and country to segment users that fit your profile. All these can be found in the App under Audience in your Experiment Summary.
If the Geo-location information, e.g., the region, is based on what Akamai CDN returns to the Convert script. If this doesn't fetch correctly using the name, try using the region code as per the following screenshot. Test it with the change and save it.
