Sometimes, you may feel that a big order on your e-commerce site, throws your experiment revenue numbers off and that you are not getting an accurate picture.
Convert enables you to disregard certain orders based on amount thresholds you can configure. We call this "Order Outliers".
This setting has to be enabled before the orders are taken for them to be included or disregarded. This action cannot be setup retroactively.
For this to work, you need to have revenue tracking enabled on your site.
For example, let's say that we want to ignore any sales below the amount of 5 of your base currency, and 1000. So to do this:
- We first open the Stats & Settings section of our experience in the "Experience Summary" screen.
- Then enter the Order Outliers limits in the appropriate boxes, and save the configuration:
After this, Convert will disregard the orders that don't fall within these limits.
