FAQ

What Should I Do If I’ve Reached My Project Limit and Need One More?

Options to proceed when you’ve maxed out your project limit on your current Convert plan.

If you've reached the maximum number of active projects allowed on your current Convert plan and need to accommodate one more, here's what you need to know:

Convert Does Not Offer Individual Project Add-ons ❌

At this time, Convert does not support custom plan modifications or individual feature add-ons (such as “just one more project”). All features and project limits are packaged as part of our predefined plans. This approach helps us maintain a stable, scalable platform and avoid complexity in the backend with multiple custom plan IDs.

Your Options When You Hit the Project Limit

Here are the two available options if you're at your project limit:

  1. Upgrade to the Next Plan Tier 📈
If your current plan no longer supports your needs, upgrading is the best path forward. Each higher-tier plan includes a higher project limit and more capabilities to support growing experimentation teams. You can view available plans and features at Convert Pricing.

  2. Deactivate an Existing Project 🗂️
You can archive or deactivate one of your less frequently used or completed projects to free up a slot for the new one. This option allows you to stay within your current plan's limits.

Why We Don’t Make Exceptions

We understand that needing “just one more project” may seem like a small ask, but making exceptions can lead to inconsistencies and confusion across accounts. To ensure fairness, clarity, and maintainability, our policy is to stick strictly to the limits defined by each plan.

If you believe your business has unique needs or expects to scale significantly, our Enterprise Plans do offer more flexibility. Feel free to speak with our sales team for a tailored conversation.
